The following highlights the process in Offshore Development:
Needs Analysis GraphoNET Team would work with your team in analyzing your requirements and building the system requirements specifications (SRS) if one is not ready or available. Proposal In this phase, GraphoNET will forward a proposal which will include Deliverables, Resource Allocation, Project Costs and Payment Terms. Work Order Once the proposal is approved by the client, a work order/agreement is entered into to enable our teams to start the assignment in earnest. Work in Progress GraphoNET provides a weekly status report to keep you uptodate on the project status. By May 2001, we expect to implement an in-house project management tool - inFocus - to let the clients manage their projects online - all from the convenience of a web browser.
